Quick At-Home Workout From Climb Bentonville Head Route Setter
Our Head Route Setter at Climb Bentonville, Danny, created a workout you can do at home to help you stay strong and crush your projects in the fall. All you need is a pull-up bar and a weight. This workout should take 30 minutes to complete.
If you don’t have a weight or a pull up bar, don’t worry! There are plenty of other things around the house to lift (kettle bell, large book, heavy cat….) and hang on. Get creative and tag us on social media. We want to see what you can come up with!
