New Year's Fitness Challenge
Crush 2018 with Fitness at Climb Nashville. At the beginning of the challenge you'll meet one-on-one with your instructor of choice* for a 30-minute Fitness Consultation**. Over the next 12 weeks you'll reach your goals by earning points for every hour of movement*** done inside and outside the gym, participating in monthly group workouts, and working directly with your instructor during two (2) 60-minute personal training sessions. The participant that earns the most points over the 12-week challenge will take home a 5-Pack of Personal Training and other schwag!
*You will choose your instructor during registration. Instructor's will only take up to ten participants. If you don't see an instructor available, that means they already have ten participants signed up. Get registered ASAP!
**Fitness Consultations will take place between January 2nd - 12th. Your instructor will contact you directly to schedule the consultation.
**Movement: Purposeful training time - workout class, time climbing inside at the gym or outside, running, hiking, swimming, at home workout, etc.
