About an hour and a half from Nashville, Foster Falls is a soaring sandstone cliffline in the South Cumberland State Park, along the famous Fiery Gizzard trail—it takes its name from a spectacular waterfall at the end of the wall. Although there are certainly routes for first-timers, Foster Falls is best known for tall, scenic routes for the intermediate and advanced climber. It is ideal for those with gym climbing experience looking to challenge themselves outside. Join our guides for an adventure in the woods, complete with stream-crossings, beautiful hikes, and incredible rock climbing.
