What to expect: A few miles of rucking with team weight and PT training
Come dressed for the weather. You are responsible for your own hydration and nutrition during this event.
All levels welcome provided walking 3-4 miles is not beyond your fitness level.
This is a TEAM workout. Be ready to get to know some awesome people and have a lot of fun grinding through a great workout!
If you have a ruck or backpack you can weight, please bring it. Recommended weight 30# men/20# women.
There is no cost for this event but please email Renee to let us know you're joining us so that we can make adequate preparation.
IMPORTANT: Non-members are welcome provided a Climb Nashville waiver is filled out PRIOR to noonon Friday, December 30th. You will receive confirmation that we have your waiver.
