Fitness Workshop: Mastering the Kettle Bell Swing

Looking for an exercise that will help you burn fat and build muscle? Meet the kettlebell swing. The kettlebell swing is a dynamic, hip-hinging movement that works your hips, glutes, hamstrings, lats, core, shoulders, pecs and grip.  AND it increases your heart rate.  The dynamic movement from the swing can strengthen the low back and help overcome the negative effects of too much sitting. However, so many people perform this exercise incorrectly. 

In this workshop, we will break this movement down leaning proper alignment,  perfecting the hip hinge, and hip extension.  Let me teach you how to properly do this movement so you can bang out beautiful swings in your next fitness class or workout!
