Who are you, and why are you in Nashville?

I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach! I am in Nashville because my family moved here 4 years ago and I decided to join them. I heard great things about Nashville and it definitely has not disappointed.

What sparked your interest in fitness or yoga?

I have been an athlete all my life, playing every sport I could. So I always have had a love for being fit and active.

Since then how has fitness or yoga changed your life?

It’s become my profession and something I really love. Being able to train others and help them reach their goals is so amazing and rewarding! 

And what about personal training keeps you coming back?

The client themselves! When you train someone you create a relationship with them. Not only are they working hard and you’re helping them reach their goal, you definitely create a friendship as well.

Do you have a favorite workout/pose/flow?

I love/ hate tabata workouts! It’s so hard but so good for you! If anyone thinks that 20 seconds is short, they have never done a tabata.

What's rad about your life right now, in or outside the gym?

I just finished my nutrition certification in October, I am so excited to offer that to members and help them get optimal results!

What's rad about your life right now, in or outside the gym?

I have a goal to be on America Ninja Warrior and currently training for it.
