The Climb Nashville New Year's Fitness Challenge is coming back bigger and better than ever!
This year's point-based challenge will offer you the opportunity to work toward the goal-oriented programs we've created. Using our points-based system to track class participation, climbing and hiking/running mileage as you build a network of like-minded participants to help keep you accountable. Choose one or both of the challenge goals - GET STRONG or GET LEAN.
Our fitness classes have undergone a complete overhaul in order to address the needs of our membership. We've carefully conceived, tested and honed a program that will allow class participants with a variety of goals and disciplines to work alongside each other.
