Our spines are the mechanical, neurological and energetic cores of our bodies, and the axis around which we're aligned. Whether due to stress, injury, scoliosis, or other issues resulting in imbalance, our backs, neck, and shoulders are often chronically stiff or in pain. This limits range of movement, posture, breath, our capacity to pay attention and be present in our daily lives, the quality of our sleep and digestion, and prevents embodiment that feels strong and free. Recommend for all levels, this two-hour workshop will offer specific ways to release tension and support healing.
