Tired of your same old, boring workout? Finding it difficult to make time for both your cardio and strength training? Improve upon your endurance and strength in this fun, heart-pumping, sport feeling, sweat-dripping, fat-burning workout and be prepared to have your T.A.S.K. kicked!

WARNING: Short term effects may leave you fatigued, sore, disoriented and long term effects include feeling like one bad-mo-fo. Join in and complete the T.A.S.K. at hand!

*Class size WILL be limited due to nature of exercises, maintaining the integrity of class instruction and space requirements.

We offer some incredible core conditioning classes and personal training with Matt Royka and the InnerStrength Staff.

The style is new and unlike any other method currently being taught. Heavily based on technique, this floor-work approach combines many original moves and functional stabilization positions as well as those that were created from foundations in yoga, Pilates and other disciplines. What time and how much?

InnerStrength Abs – Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:00pm.

Classes are free for 3, 6, and 12 month members. $15 Tuesdays, $10 Thursdays for nonmembers payable at the front desk.
